Whilst we can offer accommodation in the popular resorts of Mottaret , Meribel Village and Les Allues plus other surrounding villages, these bargain breaks include accommodation in the resort of Meribel itself. Certain weeks attract a discount on the Three Valley ski pass so please enquire for details.

Meribel can be divided into three main areas and offers a free bus service which is frequent and reliable.

• Meribel 1600
• Meribel Rond Point

The Centre of Meribel offers many shops, bars and restaurants, along with ski hire outlets, the Tourist Office and an excellent leisure centre. Facilities include ice skating, a bowling alley and a modern well equipped gym, along with a pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. The main lift station at La Chaudanne is also found in the centre, affording easy access to all areas. There is a twice weekly market and for those with energy left at the end of the day, some popular late night spots where you can dance the night away.

Meribel 1600 – a quieter area away from the general hub, just above the centre but only a short walk or a free bus ride away, either to the centre or the main lift station. 1600 boasts its own bars, Chez Kiki the renowned restaurant with a cosy bar downstairs, Hotel Lac Bleu with its inviting terrace bar and the very popular 'Petits Oignons', with its wine bar atmosphere and excellent food. The area also has the Sherpa supermarket , well stocked with a good selection and a popular ski hire outlet close by. The Morel chairlift is situated at 1600 which whisks you up to the Altiport ski area and it is possible to ski back to this lift so access to the slopes is excellent when you are staying at 1600.

Rond Point, the higher level of Meribel and famous for the Rond Point après ski bar. Situated on the piste with a large sunny terrace, this is a must on the way back from a days’ skiing for a quick dance in your ski boots! The area has its own ski hire outlets, supermarkets and restaurants and it is easy to ski to La Chaudanne in the centre. You can also access the fast 8 man chair at L’adray which takes you up to the Saulire and from where you will rarely find a queue, even in the morning rush! Rond Point is not a comfortable walk to and from the centre but the excellent free bus service means that access is never a problem. There are several options in this area very close to the slopes.

Prices are based on full occupancy for the types of accommodation shown. Any studio, apartment or chalet can be priced for any number of persons although we cannot exceed the maximum number stated.

All prices exclude french bed tax at 7.70 euros/pp/week although under 13’s are exempt. Blankets or duvets and pillows are supplied as standard but linen (unless stated otherwise) is not. Linen can be hired in resort at 15 euros/pp/week or 20 euros/pp/week to include towels. Accommodation is available from 17.00 hours on day of arrival (sometimes earlier but this will only be confirmed upon arrival if applicable) until 10.00 hours on day of departure. Storage and changing facilities, including wash hand basin, are available during interim times. A refundable security deposit of 250 euros is payable upon arrival (you can lodge card details against this) and is either returned at 17.00 hours on day of departure or by post within 14 days thereafter).
