Kids Etcetera 
A flexible childcare service designed to meet the needs of all the families travelling to Meribel Valley and La Tania, with children of any ages.
Mum and dad are often faced with problems of travelling light. Kids Etcetera not only offers a playgroup and private nanny or babysitting service in the resort, but also solves any packing worries to help ensure a more comfortable journey. With equipment hire such as; pushchairs, cots, high chairs and sterilising equipment to Nappy packs and even Food packs containing a selection of jar foods, milk formulas and juices, together with bottles and feeder caps. All of which can be ordered and ready for you on arrival in the mountain resort. They even deliver the child packs straight to your holiday accommodation!
The company has been set up and is run by Shirley O’Neill who has been at the forefront of childcare in Méribel for over 10 years. Shirley’s team of English nannies are qualified and/or experienced in childcare. All nannies are personally interviewed by Shirley and undergo Kids Etcetera's own training programme. Police checks are also obtained for all full-time nannies.
The Private Nanny and Babysitting service available for one or more children of any age. A flexible service with hours are arranged to suit individual requirements where your children will be looked after in your holiday accommodation. The Kids Playgroup for toddlers and babies, where children are taken care in the safe environment of their Chalet in Meribel les Allues. A pick up and delivery service is available. Bookings are on the basis, either full or half day. Chalet fully equipped with games and toy, together with arts and crafts for older children. Cots are also provided for sleep times.
ESF Ski School
The French Ski school ESF Also runs,
‘Les Saturnins.’ A day nursery for children aged from 18 months to 3 years. Located at the Chaudanne in the Olympic Centre. Children are introduced to sledging and other snow games as well as indoor activities.
‘Jardin Des P’tits Loups’ A skiing kindergarten for children aged from 3 to 5 year olds. Located at Le Rond Point, La Chaudanne and in Mottaret. Children are introduced to snow and skiing in a special snow-covered playground equipped with inflatables and a mini ski lift. There is also a heated chalet and rest area.
Children can be accepted for full or half days, from 9am to 5pm.
